Steeped in a broad consumer product background, Janice brings the traditional and non-traditional approach to product and services marketing. Her accomplishments include winning the coveted national “Effie” award, creating the first unwired Radio network in Hispanic media, establishing rate breaking in Magazine, developing the first free-form print ads, co-head of Nestle Corporate Negotiations, development of social class marketing, new product development, turning an unprofitable TV station from a -25% profit level to a +13% profit in her initial year of involvement. Additionally, she developed the Hispanic “MTV-type” program used internationally today, and Kid's programming that worked at an unheard of +2000% profit.
Janice took her advertising and marketing knowledge to the music industry, working with most major record labels
through Polygram and Sony, and new entities from Dreamworks and Charlie Daniels.
Over the past several years, Janice has worked with many new and established Clients that represent a wide array of interests ranging from RJ Reynolds New Products to Speech Activated Telecommunications with Preferred Voice to
local Preparatory Schools and national Cheese manufacturer.
Sharon brings 24 years of senior media experience with a focus on developing local market planning and buying strategies for “chain” brands: Pepsi Bottlers, Kimberly Clark, Campbell-Taggart, Sheraton Hotels and Pizza Hut.
Her key accomplishments include: participation in development of overall growth strategies for $135MM PepsiCo budget with brand group and Agency management; development of innovative solutions for budget expansion and media effectiveness for Campbell Taggart and Pepsi that range from procedural innovations to unique target marketing for greater return on investment to development of unique opportunities that create non-expenditure exposure.
